We're delighted to share some wonderful news with our ISG community. Our CEO and Founder, Paul Waite, has been awarded Fellowship of The Entertainment Agents' Association Ltd (FEAA) - a recognition that has left us both humbled and incredibly grateful.
What This Recognition Means
Receiving this Fellowship from President Erica Crompton FEAA and the Council of The Entertainment Agents' Association represents far more than individual achievement. It's a reflection of the collaborative spirit that has defined I-Stage Group since our founding in 2013, and the incredible support we've received from performers, clients, and industry partners along the way.
The Fellowship acknowledges years of dedication to maintaining professional standards in the entertainment industry - something that has always been at the heart of what we do at ISG. From our early days with "Re-Take That" to recent productions like "Ibiza In Symphony" and "Garage In Symphony," we've consistently strived to deliver exceptional entertainment experiences whilst staying true to our core values of creativity, teamwork, and reliability.
A Team Achievement
Whilst the Fellowship is awarded to an individual, we see this recognition as belonging to our entire ISG family. Our Creative Director Duncan McManus, Music Producer Peter Waite, Agency Team - Megan Conway, Gemma Waite, Claire McManus and Al Hall and every performer who has graced our stages have contributed to this moment.
The trust placed in us by clients has been instrumental in our growth. Their confidence in our productions has allowed us to push creative boundaries and develop the innovative shows that define our portfolio today.

Looking Forward
This Fellowship encourages us to continue raising standards in live entertainment. As we expand our roster of original productions and explore new creative territories, we remain committed to the professional excellence that this recognition represents.
We're particularly excited about upcoming projects and the opportunity to continue contributing positively to an industry we're passionate about. The entertainment sector has given us so much over the years, and we're determined to give back through quality productions and professional service.
Gratitude and Commitment
To everyone who has supported our journey - performers, clients, industry colleagues, and audiences - thank you. This Fellowship belongs to all of us, and we're excited to continue serving the entertainment industry with the same dedication and passion that brought us to this moment.
Here's to the future of live entertainment, and to continuing to create magical experiences together.
