Lauren - Faye began performing at the early age of five. She was classically trained, developed
a passion for musical theatre, and later studied at the prestigious Royal Academy of Dramatic
Art (RADA) and Arts Educational Schools, London. She appeared on BBC One’s
How Do You Solve a Problem Like Maria? Lord Andrew Lloyd Webber’s search for Maria Von Trapp, where she was selected as one of the final 20 potential Marias out of 20,000 applicants in the UK. She even had the incredible opportunity to perform in Andrew’s personal home theatre, where Cats, Phantom of the Opera,
Jesus Christ Superstar, and many more of his iconic musicals were first staged — originally performed by
Lauren’s idols, including Elaine Paige and Sarah Brightman. Lauren. - Faye achieved her dream of performing in London’s West End, gracing the stages of the Royal Albert Hall, Her Majesty’s Theatre, and the London Palladium, before heading to the USA. As a published songwriter, the music industry is no stranger to Lauren - Faye. She has been headhunted to write and record vocals for labels such as Warner Chappell, Sony, and EMI. Her studio work has taken her all over the world, including the USA, where sh
e won the official International Singer - Songwriter Awards (ISSA) for Best Female Vocalist and Best
Single in both the international and USA categories — an achievement she held for three
consecutive years. She also secured a Top 20 single in the US Country Charts.
Her career as a studio and live backing vocalist has seen her collaborate with major recording
artists, including Donny Osmond, Peter Kay, Kenny Thomas, Michael Paris, Bryan Adams,
and many more. Alongside her songwriting and studio work, Lauren - Faye now enjoys performing at sea,
where she shares her stories and favourite songs — celebrating the music that inspired her
throughout her career.
